A Meaty Opportunity
Owning one restaurant is tough but owning two? Better leave that to professionals like Ryan Houdek.
The Coloradoan reported Houdek, the owner of the Melting Pot restaurant in Fort Collins, will bring another dining experience to town with Rodizio Grill, a Brazilian steakhouse, in the town’s old railroad station.
Houdek will be the first franchisee for Rodizio Grill, which has two other locations in Denver and Salt Lake City. When he’s done with more than half a million dollars in renovations, transforming the space into a Brazilian hotspot few will be able to recognize, Houdek said.
